Posing

Posing can be something that fills people with dread.

So first things first, I will show you every single pose. I don't expect you to come in and rock it yourself, I explain the poses and go into them first. However, if you want to come and show me some poses...... I'd enjoy that a lot!

Posing should feel hard, it shouldn't feel easy at all. so if it's not making you ache a little.... you're not doing it right I'm afraid.

Angles, lighting and positioning of the camera is key. Some of this most definitely can be done at home so we have started doing 'posing tips' videos over on tiktok and Instagram, we will be posting 3/4 a week. So if you want some guidance jump over to Instagram and keep an eye out.
