My children do not sit still, will that be a problem?

Caitlin is extremely patient and will get some beautiful images for you to treasure. As photographers we make the session as enjoyable as possible for kids. It can be daunting for them too so we take this into consideration. There is something to be said for taking natural photos showing each individual personality, we do this by putting on some music and having a dance, playing games, being silly and having a giggle.

 

My child has scratched his face right before his photos, should we cancel?

Kids will be kids. No need to cancel. Don’t worry, we can remove any scuffs or scratches post production.

 

Can our pets be involved in the photos?

Absolutely. They are part of the family too! 

 

Can we get some individual photos as well as group ones?

We always encourage you to use the session time to capture as much as you want. Whatever that may be. Caitlin will always offer individual, group sibling shots, parents too!

 

Can we recreate a photo we’ve seen online?

Yes! Its always good to have an idea in your head of what you’d like to achieve from your session. Caitlin is imaginative and will also have ideas on hand to offer.

 

I'm awkward when it comes to taking photos, can you help?

Caitlin will advise and guide you through different poses that will make you feel more comfortable and natural in your images.

 

Do you do location shoots?

We sure do! We can also advise on locations. Get in touch to discuss!

 

Do I bring anything?

We send out a Pre Shoot Info document which explains all you need to know. We have treats on hand (if allowed) as a bribe, that’s always good to know.
